Michael Kemps, David McGowan and Victoria Lozzi appear to be the winners

As of March 16th, 100% of the percents have reported, as well as the absentee ballots received. There may be other adjustments, but the difference between third and fourth place is 401 votes so the outcome is not likely to change.
